The magnificence that is Chalk Dust can not be overstated. Around 17:00 or 18:00 minutes in Trey is playing what sounds to me like a classic Dickie Betts riff. This goes on for about 4 minutes I think with varying intensities. Total major key bliss to my ears. I can’t think of a CDT that has moved me like this since Dicks 2012. This show is definitely going near the top of my short list of go to shows for now. This band is so amazing and unpredictable. I can’t think of a single thing I don’t like about this show. I wasn’t there—that’s the only bad part for me.
