Page’s dad, Dr. Jack McConnell, has joined Phish on stage five times, each time performing “Bill Baily Won’t You Please Come Home.” On two of those occasions (7/28/93 and 4/22/94), the McConnells played a short piano duet before starting “Bill Bailey.”
